Shipping costs are to be covered by customer at 100% of ACTUAL shipping charge, including delivery confirmation. I do not know the actual shipping cost until I know the postal code of the winning bidder. The only other way around this would be to use Flat Rate USPS boxes, but I do not believe the actual rate would end up being as much as the flat rate box. I do not feel that anyone should ever pay more for shipping than is necessary. I will never "pad" shipping costs to increase profit!
