(A) It is possible that your email provider or security software may file the activation email in your junk mail. You may want to add admin@myuseddiapers.com as a trusted email address.

Hotmail users:

1) In the upper-right corner of the Windows Live Hotmail home page, click Options.
2) Under Junk email, click Safe and blocked senders.
3) Click Safe senders.
4) Enter myuseddiapers.com' domain, and then click Add to List.

AOL users:

Add us to your address book:

1. On the AOL Email window, click the Addresses button.
2. Click the New button, choose New Contact from the list, then click it.
3. In the First Name: and Last Name: boxes, type the name of the recipient (eg admin myuseddiapers)
4. In the Email1: box, type: admin@myuseddiapers.com
5. If needed, add any other optional information.
6. Click the Preferred Email: drop-down menu to open it, choose the preferred email address from the list, then click it.
7. Click the Save button.

Review your spam Settings:

1. Select Email options - block unwanted email
2. Allow email only from people I know
3. Do NOT tick: block email containing pictures or files (our logo is included in system mails)
4. Blocked email deliver to spam folder
5. Save
