Non-paying bidders

In the rare event that a seller has a non-paying buyer, the following process should be followed:

1) Seller attempts to contact the buyer via the message board
2) If no communication has been received after 3 days, seller contacts The Used Diaper Company
3) The Used Diaper Company will release the buyer's contact details
4) If payment / communication has not been received from the buyer after a further 48hrs, seller contacts The Used Diaper Company
5) The Used Diaper Company will refund selling fees and the seller can relist the auction

If more than 3 complaints regarding a non-paying buyer are received, The Used Diaper Company reserve the right to suspend the buyer.
